We had a great experience with Team Toyota. We were just starting to price a 2024 Toyota Tacoma so we could check with our financial advisor to see what we would need. Jim Hunt was our salesman and he was so nice to work with. No pressure and answered all our questions. My husband wanted the long bed Tacoma and one just came in that day. Jim didn’t know it was there yet. Since the vehicles go very fast these days Jim suggested putting a deposit on it and it would be refunded if we changed our mind. We ended up getting the truck. The whole experience from our salesman Jim to the finance person that I signed the paperwork with was a great experience. Our old Tacoma was a 2010 so we have a lot to learn about our new truck! We’ll have fun with it. Thanks Jim and Team Toyota.

The scheduler was very knowledgeable and informed me as to how long I could expect to wait for my car as well as any costs I may incur.
